The City Council will consider introducing on first reading an Ordinance approving a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to the City’s regulations governing the construction and conveyance of Accessory Dwelling Units (“ADUs”) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (“JADUs”) to implement recent State regulations and finding the action to be statutorily exempt from CEQA under Public Resources Code section 21080.17 and categorically exempt pursuant to section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
