The Planning Commission will consider a Zone Text Amendment at a public hearing to adopt new policies, regulations, design standards, and definitions for Shared Housing Buildings and Shared Housing Units. The proposed ordinance is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections §15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption).
