​​The City Council will receive an overview of the Equitable Building Performance Standards Policy (EBPS), as an implementation activity of the City's adopted Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. The overview will outline EBPS’ importance in advancing the City’s 2035 carbon neutrality goal and summarize engagement to date. ​
